What is the Pumpkin Project Victoria?
The Pumpkin Project Victoria is a seasonal porch styling service offering curated pumpkin displays delivered to homes across Victoria, including Oak Bay, Fairfield, Saanich, Cadboro Bay, James Bay, and Fernwood. Ourpremium packagesinclude a selection of locally sourced pumpkins, artfully arranged to bring autumn charm to your doorstep.
Are the pumpkins real?
Yes, all pumpkins used in our displays are real, locally grown heirloom pumpkins, sourced from farms in and around Victoria. We choose for quality, colour, and visual texture.
How do I book my package?
Visit our Shop page to choose your package and any additional add-ons like hay bales or our Pumpkin Pick-up Service. Only 200 packages are available this season, and they sell out quickly. Once we’re full, we’ll open our 2026 waitlist.

We offer a limited number of custom packages starting at $2,000, typically for commercial properties or estate homes. These are high-touch, bespoke installations and are available by special request only. Please fill out our contact form or call us at 778-400-5028 to discuss.

When will my pumpkins be delivered?
Deliveries take place between September 25 and October 10th, just in time for Canadian Thanksgiving. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your delivery window in Mid-September.
Do I need to be home for my delivery?
You do not! As long as your front porch or entry is accessible and clear, we can complete your installation while you're out. Please move any obstacles in advance.
Can I request a specific delivery date or time?
Due to the volume and route planning required, clients cannot select specific delivery dates. We assign delivery windows based on neighbourhood and route efficiency, and provide advance notice so you can prepare.
How long will my display last?
Our displays are designed to last several weeks — typically from Thanksgiving through Hallowe’en. Longevity depends on weather and conditions; we recommend keeping your porch dry and shaded where possible.
Is this service just for Halloween?
No. The Pumpkin Project Victoria is designed to enhance your home’s autumn aesthetic from Thanksgiving through Hallowe’en. Our displays focus on timeless, seasonal styling, perfect for hosting, photography, and making a beautiful impression.
Halloween's over and I'm drowning in pumpkins! Can you get rid of these things for me?
You bet we can! We offer a Pumpkin Pickup Service for an additional $99. We'll return between November 1st and 7th to collect and responsibly compost or donate the pumpkins to local farms for animal feed.
