Returns & Refunds Policy

Because our porch displays and pumpkins are seasonal, perishable, and custom-curated, all sales are final. We’re unable to offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed.

We proudly source from local Vancouver Island farms, and the timing of delivery is tied closely to the weather and the harvest. While we aim for a seamless experience, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen growing or weather conditions. We’ll always keep you informed and do our best to deliver promptly.

If you need to cancel your order, we can offer a full refund if the cancellation request is received before September 1st. After that, materials are already being sourced and we are unable to refund.

If something isn’t right with your order upon delivery, please contact us at hello@thepumpkinprojectvictoria.ca or 778-400-5028 within 48 hours—we’ll do our best to make it right.
